I really dislike that this branch doesn't answer the phone when you call. Other branches answer their phone calls. Why can't the Phenix City branch answer theirs?

Can't get anyone on the telephone you can them and they put you hold. Called on 03-16-2021 got tired of being on hold.

To much information needed, employees were laughing and talking instead of doing their jobs and rude to customers!!
