“I went there yesterday and LaTonya was EXTREMELY helpful, polite, and courteous. She provided a personalized shopping experience when she absolutely did not have to. She also helped me load some bulky purchases into my car. I always enjoy shopping at this location. The employees are very courteous and typically interact with my son during checkout when he comes with me. Each customer is greeted as they come into the store. The store is organized which makes donating and buying items easy. I shared some of this yesterday with David, the store manager, who is pleasant as well. There are a lot stores in the area that should be learning how to appreciate their customers from Goodwill. I typically shop online, but make and effort to shop at Goodwill because you still feel valued.”
