I received an alert saying out for delivery then I received an alert say pick up point. I got up went to the post office and sent my daughter in to get my package, which was 2 bottles of pills that could have fit in my mailbox, and the lady told her oh that's not us. We don't have your package. My daughter had to tell her it says pick up 9th street post office. The lazy clerk said what's the tracking number? My daughter showed it to her and she went to the back and surprise, my package was in the lazy clerks hand. I have ordered from these ppl before and my package has always been placed in my mailbox. For some unknown reason today it had to be picked up. Phenix City postal service, DO BETTER. We count on you. Hire ppl that care. Hire ppl that will do the job correctly. I know we are human we make mistakes, that's understandable but please please do better. Ppl have so many important and irreplaceable things that come through the mail. This package that my daughter picked up was her meds. She needed them. They have always been placed in our mailbox. I had to get up immediately and go retrieve them. Almost didn't get them because the lazy clerk wanted to say oh that's not us, BTW she didn't know what she was talking about. Thank you God your hand was in that. Phenix city postal service DO BETTER. PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

Please sign up for informed delivery if you havent! I can see mail that is coming and doesnt make it to my mailbox. I hate this post office!

If I could give them a worse review I would. These post people are so lazy. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox they return my packages to sender saying “addressee unknown” because they don’t want to bring it to my porch. Has happened more than once. I have pictures that the sender sent and my name is clearly on the package! It’s ridiculous.

Lies about delivery attempted. I’ve waiting home all day for a package to sign for just to see they “attempted” at 10 this morning. No knock at the door, no door bell, no nothing. Wasted day.

2 letters were placed in mailbox and flag was raised at 1150. Carrier arrived at 1208, place letter in box and drove away leaving outgoing mail in box and flag up. This has happened numerous times. I have called the local post office before and reported it.

I would have scored it lower if I could have!
This lazy individual decided to leave a $250 motorcycle tire leaning against my mailbox that’s out in the open, instead DRIVING up a 30 foot driveway and leaving it on my front porch. I understand asking for common sense is to much, but please be careless with someone else’s stuff instead of mine.

I am new to the area and I ordered my first package, my package was scanned delivered on 01.06.25 , today on the informed delivery it’s saying arriving today and of course it still have not came! This is ridiculous! They do not answer the phone.

I want to give this post office no stars because they don’t deserve a single one. I have had multiple issues with them delivering packages. Either they deliver to the wrong house or they somehow lose my package and I’m losing every bit of patience I have with them. WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!!!

Lazy & don’t like to answer the phone been since September I been trynna get my mail out my mailbox then I never got a key to my mail box had to pay money & all for a new key just for them to tell me the mailbox gotta refix Cause it’s broken.

The mail person continues to leave my packages at the uncovered garage door, 20 feet to the right is my covered front door. The other day during the rain they left it at my garage door to get soaked. Not all but far too many carriers just don’t care, they’re there for a check, damn the mail. The supervisors are no better, just take all the mail out and don’t bring any back to the office, that’s their marching orders. Just a once great company driven into the dirt by poor management and employees who don’t give a damn.

I walked up to the counter to mail a letter and was chastised by a female employee. She told me I was not
ready for you, you wait until I call you. And they wonder why the post office is going downhill? So unprofessional in my opinion.

I had mail on Friday that needed to be returned to sender instead of taking it they put my flag down I put it back up and they still haven't gotten it along with they can't tell the difference between a 1 and a 2
