“It’s good for small things. I come here for garden and yard supplies, and yes it’s more expensive but it’s convenient at times. But I will say don’t buy lawn equipment because they don’t do returns. They have signs stating this and it scared me away a few times.”
“I visited this location 3 days ago (9/11) and all I can say is ….Thank you for the superb customer service.I purchased 2 large containers of simple green 2.5gal. I visited the location at 6am and to my surprise they were fully staffed, very polite and assisted me from the moment I walked into there facility. I’m a government contractor and during the check out process at the self scan , the associate guided me step by step. After providing excellent customer service during the check process another associate escorted me to my car. He placed the two containers of simple green in my trunk and wished me a blessed day. The overall shopping experience at this location was phenomenal!!!! Beautiful store with caring employees.Thank you ?”

“Just did a little Plant Therapy this morning in order to refresh my yard. Rambo Nursery's Associate Broc actually greeted me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took personal interest in making sure I kept my color scheme while recommending plants that work well in certain atmospheric areas of my yard. I really appreciate Broc! Broc, thank you for rolling out Eastern Blvd. Home Depot's Rambo Nursery's Red Carpet. My yard looks amazing, and the Coreopsis looks great in my hanging baskets. “Went to Montgomery store on Eastern Blvd. Website showed Larson door was searching, and showed this store; so instead order online this close to upcoming holidays decided just drive there. Went to area shown on website, but no door handles of any kind there just doors, walked around, found some handles and locks in 2 different locations. I asked an associate, and she said "that's a great question wonder myself why items online aren't in stores, but website shows they're available in stores as well. Been asked that hundreds of times, we've even addressed at meetings. Know what upper management can't give us define answer neither." I said may be their not interested in change."Can believe that."There you have it folks, if on Lowe's website doesn't mean available. Yawl know they may buy from Amazon too then increase the price because I saw same Larson door assembly on Amazon for few dollars less. Think Amazon had become a good marketplace without going out on a wild goose chase for a common brand named storm door, and Lowe's sells Larson Doors, but not handles ?.”

“Love coming here for my horse feed and farm supplies. Friendly and helpful employees. The store is very dusty but they have a good selection.UPDATE: Since the place burned down and they rebuilt it, the store is really clean and has tons of stuff. They added an employee up front and that helps get the customers rung up. A lot of locals like to come in and jaw jack, but the employees still manage to get everyone taken care of.”
