I was shopping for a Christmas tree and found an assortment of different shapes and sizes. Everything was very organized in this Walmart compared to some of the others I've been to. “Although this is one of the smaller Publix's I've been too, I always find what I need. The service is exceptional and I'll tell you why. I went to the bakery looking for their baklava that they recently released. I asked an older gentlemen that was there, salt and pepper hair (didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag) and he asked his fellow teammates for me as he was not familiar with the pastry. He searched for me in the back and nothing. I was totally sad but whatever. After I had finished my groceries and was paying at the cash register, he shows up right next to me and says you were the one looking for the baklava right? I was overjoyed! He really went to go find me. Now that's going above and beyond!”
