Brad, Jason, and Josh are true professionals and do a great job of diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining it to me and then fixing the issue on my F-150 with 263,000 miles!! “Amazing customer service! I had a problem with my steering that other shops couldn't diagnose. The other shop had me replace the shocks and get an aligmement, but it didn't fix it. However, I explained it to these guys over the phone and they had a good idea what it was. Took it in and all that was needed was to tighten a few bolts. What a suprise! I was expecting a $600-$800 bill! They are completely honest and professional! They tightened the bolts on the rack and pinion, did an aligmement and it was good! They also gave me a price that couldn't be beat! They have a customer for life now. Thanks again!!!! Can't recommend them enough!”

“Took my 2021 Audi A6 in for an alignment. Car was quickly taken in and put on the lift. Technician came back and let me know that they did not have the proper sensors needed to do the alignment because the vehicle is so technical and only audi has the provider sensors to allow for a proper alignment. He explained everything very clearly, was very apologetic about the situation, and discussed more about the alignment process and agreed that my steering wheel was very off center after my alignment with Audi a month prior.
I am very grateful they explained the issue to me and let me know they didn’t want to proceed with the alignment and risk something not being correct, causing more issues. And compromising safety.
I am very grateful they were so honest and appreciate them taking the time to discuss it with me.”

“After receiving an advertisement in the mail for a holiday discount, I called to schedule an oil change, and spoke with a very friendly service associate by the name of Dominique. She was very friendly and very helpful when I called. Even though I called at around 2:30 in the afternoon, she was able to get me in for an appointment for an oil change by 3:15 the same day. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted by a few friendly faces who were eager to help me. After informing them that I had just scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and that I would like to add a tire balance and alignment, they told me they would happily get that taken care of. I waited in the nice waiting room for around an hour and a half For all of my services to be complete. Upon completion, I was shown an exact description of everything that was going on with my car, including things that I hadn't even asked about. They were very thorough and very descriptive with what was going on, and helped me understand what needed to be done. The oil change was successful, and my tires were rotated, balanced, and aligned. I would definitely use Bondy's Nissan again, I had an amazing experience!”
