“Huge thank you to Kevin Goodyear Towing — especially Kevin and Jason of Dothan — for coming to the rescue when I had my giant 5th wheel toy hauler stuck in a sink hole. I’ll admit I was not a very happy camper while I was stuck, nor am I one to leave reviews but these guys showed up ready to work and got me out quickly and professionally. Really appreciate the fast response and great attitude. If you ever find yourself in a bind, they’re the ones to call!”

“I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and always took them there to get get serviced. I recently took my truck there to get serviced and to check for a rattling noise under my truck. They informed me of a diagnostic fee to check this out. I'm okay with paying the fee, but when they misdiagnose it and then give you an estimate of over 1000 dollars to fix it, that isn't going to sit well with me. I talked to my service advisor and he stated that he will talk to the service manager and they would call me back. Four days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Poor customer service if you ask me! This isn't the first time they have misdiagnosed a problem with my truck either. If I'm paying a $165 diagnostic fee,I expect my problem to be diagnosed right! Looks like I'm going to have to find somewhere else to get my vehicles serviced from now on! UPDATE! After listening to my complaints, Jeremy reached out to me and we came to a resolution we both thought was fair. Thank you Jeremy for working with me to make things right!”

“We were traveling from Naples, Florida, to Dothan, Alabama, to visit family when our RV began having engine issues. We searched for diesel repair shops and found Mann Automotive Diesel. We called, made an appointment, arrived on time, and were checked in right away. The technicians immediately began diagnosing the problem. It turned out to be a faulty speed sensor, which they ordered and installed. After clearing all the fault codes, we were back on the road.
The owner, Foy Mann, is truly an exceptional person. He started the company when he was just 17 years old, and today many well-known companies rely on him and his technicians to keep their fleet vehicles running. My husband had a lengthy conversation with Foy and came away genuinely impressed—not only with his knowledge but also with his character and willingness to help.
The next day, we were back on the road when another engine issue forced us to stop in Foley, Alabama. Unfortunately, it was Friday, and we were facing an entire weekend before most repair shops would reopen. We called Foy, and despite the fact that we were no longer at his shop, he took the time to walk us through some troubleshooting steps over the phone and even helped us find a reputable repair facility in the area.
Based on our experience, I find it hard to reconcile some of the one-star reviews with the service we received. Every interaction we had with Foy and his staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They treated us with respect and went above and beyond—even after we had left their shop. It’s unfortunate that those negative reviews lower the overall rating because, in our experience, they were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Mann Automotive Diesel.”
“I worked with Shane at Jim Skinner. I was wanting a specific car in a specific color. Instead of blowing me off like I have seen at other dealerships close to me in Panama City, FL he and the dealership went the extra mile. Seems like too much to ask anymore and to be fair some don't typically have the option to customize an order. Shane was never pushy he offered other options but after letting him know I wanted this car in red no exceptions I was willing to wait. He exhausted searches to find exactly what I asked for. He was able to get one that was shipped in (this is rare he explained to me). All the additional bells and whistles I wanted with it he met every one of them. The dealership and my expectations as a whole were met above and beyond. If you want the experience you should expect and a level of experience go here!!!”
