“I use the services of the three post offices in my general area. Trussville is my main PO, MOODY AND LEEDS as needed. The postal staff at each of these facilities could not be more helpful, professional and always friendly. People that bad mouth the USPS either dont actually interact with the employees or they just have an issue that should be easily resolved. I could not do without my USPS Offices and the employees located at each.”
“My order said it was delivered but I did not receive it. I filed a claim online and 3 people reached out to me to make it right. Cassandra called, Jartshire emailed and a man came by the house (didn’t get his name). They all were trying to make it right. I did receive my package. I received excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days. Thank you Leeds Post office!”
“Pretty typical postal service. I mailed a package and the staff were kind and helpful. The office is small but is organized well enough. The hours are a little strange, so check before you go. As for mail delivery to our home - our post-lady is the best!”
“Great post office. They were open for me to mail my income taxes. Morris was closed on tax day, which was a shock. The staff was so friendly and upbeat. I really enjoyed using them. Thank you Kimberly post office.”
“A couple of weeks on a Saturday I had packages and didn’t have my keys the young lady was amazing she gave me everything I had ordered and took the slip out the box”
“April is our carrier and she is phenomenal. Goes above and beyond. I had a package go missing on a Saturday when our usual carrier was off and I filed a claim. Ms. Angel called me the same day to touch base and by Monday I had my package. Angel also called that Monday evening to make sure I had received my package. She was phenomenal. Great customer service. Thank you Ms. April for everything you do and Thank you Ms. Angel. I appreciate everything.”
“I have had some three incidents with the post office in the last 60 years. Given the enormous volume of their mail handling I wonder why there aren't more problems.”
“As a busy local REALTOR, I visit the sweet workers at the Warrior location often. They have been so kind and helpful to me. Thank you for your hard work and kindness.”

“Regina is awesome! Informative, personable, and very friendly. I wish the rates weren’t so high, but what can you do. $9.20 for the small flat rate. Still it’s cheaper than delivering it myself. Lori was the queen of this post office, but hopefully she is on to bigger and better things. Don’t forget this location closes for lunch!”
