“I use these guys whenever possible. They're not the easiest company to get a hold of dispatch because you can only call the main dispatch number and not your local hub. They are very reasonably priced and with a few minor exceptions take very good care of our products that we are shipping.”

“I have been a regular customer at this Trussville location for over 15 years even after moving to Moody. I have always appreciated their good friendly customer services, a clean environment where items are clearly labeled and easy to find. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months things are falling into the cracks where some employees are either too tired, disinterested in their work and not willing to go out of their way to help. They were quick at dismissing what I was asking for because the only person who handles that work had already gone home for the day. But when I explained I had been there the previous day and really needed to place my order, another employer offered to do that for me.
I rarely write any reviews. But because I value your services and believe you would be willing to rectify bad attitude and bad customer services that has the potential to ruin your years of clean reputation I felt the need to share my experience with you. I have no intention of messing up anybody job, but it would really help if they took initiative to help instead of passing the back or dismissing a customers needful help. But all in all, Staples is still my Store.”

“We have used this UPS store many times returning packages as well as shipping as an individual customer. Very recently we were in need of a notary public and this UPS store provides the service. Our notary was very pleasant and helpful and had us taken care of in a matter of minutes. I have also used them for spiral binding of our study guides that we use in our women’s ministry at church. They do a great job, very efficient and neatly finished. There was a nominal fee charged by UPS for the service. Everyone employed there is very pleasant, courteous and always professional in their work. It is a pleasure doing business with this UPS store.”
