“I use these guys whenever possible. They're not the easiest company to get a hold of dispatch because you can only call the main dispatch number and not your local hub. They are very reasonably priced and with a few minor exceptions take very good care of our products that we are shipping.”

“I walked in needing a quick print of party invitations. Although the design was a bit shaky on finesse, the finished product was glossy and perfect for my needs. I also picked up some clearance priced paper goods. I was out the door in under 20 minutes. 10/10, no notes, thanks fam.”

“First of all, this is the biggest staples I’ve seen in years. Many of them have split half of their stores, but this one is still full-sized. They’ve integrated a portion of party city after their demise, which accounts for a few aisles and some counter space. They’ve got a huge selection of everything you could possibly ever imagine that you would need in any sized office, and I always appreciate that. Sure, it’s easy to order online, but when you need something right away, or you want a touch and feel experience with things like furniture or laptops, this is still the best way to do it. They have integrated Amazon returns in the store, and when we got there, just after opening, there was quite a line on this weekday. Staff of two seemed a little grumpy that they had to deal with this, but they handled it efficiently and effectively. Not sure if it’s like this every day or we just came on a strange day.”

I ordered nine custom canvas prints online for the university I work for, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Just minutes after placing my order, they called to let me know that the images weren’t properly sized to be stretched over the canvases. Instead of simply printing them as-is, they walked me through how to fix the issue and even emailed me visual examples to help.
They could have easily sent me $800 worth of poorly formatted artwork, but instead, they took the initiative to reach out and ensure everything was done right. If I could leave ten stars, I would. Huge shout-out to David for going above and beyond—thank you!”

We visited this location on June 2, 2026, and everyone there was so kind, helpful, and professional.
A kind lady helped me with copies I needed made, and she was patient and professional. Two other ladies helped me with a shipping question, and they were also very kind, helpful, and professional.
John was especially helpful. I had a large package, a folding bed, that needed to go back out to our minivan. I was going to carry it myself, but John kindly offered to carry it for me and put it into our vehicle. That helped a great deal because I also had other things with me that would have been hard to carry all at once.
Someone there, either John or one of the kind young ladies, also gave me the phone number for Amazon Customer Service so I could ask about a prepaid return mailing label. That was very helpful.
Another thing we really appreciate is that they keep the line moving. Even when there is a long line, they handle it in a friendly and courteous way, and there is not much waiting time. It is not the typical standing in line, waiting and waiting, that can happen at some places of business. They are fast and efficient, yet still courteous, kind, and down-home friendly.
The parking at this location is also easy, and the store itself is comfortable. They even have a little sitting area where you can take a few moments to gather your thoughts or organize what you came in for.
Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, helpful, fast, and efficient. We truly appreciate this UPS Store location and highly recommend it.
