“Such a helpful store! I was in a bind one day and had to get something out that day, and they kept the doors open for me after hours. They can ship USPS, FedEx, or UPS, which is great. And I’ve not had to wait once. Really glad to have this in our neighborhood.”

“We recently used the towing service for the second time for a commercial truck and I can't express enough how satisfied we are with the professional outstanding service. Excellent communication and any questions are answered in detail. Please do not give second thoughts about using this service at all! Highly recommend. Will continue to contact this company and the mail center is of course top service as well.”

“Best UPS in town. Everyone is incredibly helpful and efficient. Always a positive experience. It’s the Chick Fil A of UPS’s. Dallas has gone out of his way to help me make the best choices for shipping larger packages. Great staff. They make it easy for the customers.”

“I had a situation that I could not get the delivery to my place since the truck could not get to me. The staff worked with me for pickup. They even offered to bring it as close as they could to my place. When I picked up they were so fast and efficient. The best communication that I have had with any major company on getting things worked out. Thanks for your help. You delivered great customer care with a side of joy! Thanks!”

3552 Pelham Parkway, Pelham AL 35124
“First of all, this is the biggest staples I’ve seen in years. Many of them have split half of their stores, but this one is still full-sized. They’ve integrated a portion of party city after their demise, which accounts for a few aisles and some counter space. They’ve got a huge selection of everything you could possibly ever imagine that you would need in any sized office, and I always appreciate that. Sure, it’s easy to order online, but when you need something right away, or you want a touch and feel experience with things like furniture or laptops, this is still the best way to do it. They have integrated Amazon returns in the store, and when we got there, just after opening, there was quite a line on this weekday. Staff of two seemed a little grumpy that they had to deal with this, but they handled it efficiently and effectively. Not sure if it’s like this every day or we just came on a strange day.”

312 20th St N, Birmingham AL 35203
“I walked in needing a quick print of party invitations. Although the design was a bit shaky on finesse, the finished product was glossy and perfect for my needs. I also picked up some clearance priced paper goods. I was out the door in under 20 minutes. 10/10, no notes, thanks fam.”

2244 Pinson Valley Pkwy, Birmingham AL 35217
“I use these guys whenever possible. They're not the easiest company to get a hold of dispatch because you can only call the main dispatch number and not your local hub. They are very reasonably priced and with a few minor exceptions take very good care of our products that we are shipping.”
-
130 Inverness Plaza, Birmingham AL 35242
“The owner Scott has always been so helpful to me, and Marissa. I receive a high volume of mail and packages and they are very patient considering! I don't think anyone there has ever been rude to me, and I've been with them for years now, so that's a pretty good track record! ?”

“This is my go to for Amazon returns and most every one that works here is nice . I've had time or two where they don't talk or don't really seem like they're on this planet. But most times all good.”

“Wow—what a fantastic team at FedEx #0730! I ordered nine custom canvas prints online for the university I work for, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Just minutes after placing my order, they called to let me know that the images weren’t properly sized to be stretched over the canvases. Instead of simply printing them as-is, they walked me through how to fix the issue and even emailed me visual examples to help. They could have easily sent me $800 worth of poorly formatted artwork, but instead, they took the initiative to reach out and ensure everything was done right. If I could leave ten stars, I would. Huge shout-out to David for going above and beyond—thank you!”

“Came in to pick up a package and drop something off and the lady who helped me was one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Got my business done in a flash and she made my day too. It's kind of out of the way, but I'd gladly come back here whenever business calls.”
