“I had to return an item back to Gucci... I came here and wasn't sure of how the shipping worked since I was given a label. Upon arrival it was empty a young lady came out and greeted my kiddo and I, we started to converse and I explain that I needed a box. She stated you actually get one free since you have the label. I was so thankful because I really didn't know the process. She was so friendly and kind. She asked if my kiddo could have Candy and I agreed.
