I wanted to show my appreciation to Nayeli Hernandez who helped my wife and I put new SIM cards in our phones. She is employed at the Prattville Alabama AT&T store. We were very pleased with her helpful attitude and top drawer customer service. We now have internet, landline and both cell phones with AT&T.
