Allison was great! My husband came in with his phone all broken up and she answered all of our questions and got him upgraded. The process was so quick- we were gone in less than 30 minutes. Ask for Allison, she's great and very knowledgeable.

Earlier last week, I was having trouble with my device and I been to multiple stores were I was still leaving the store unsatisfied due to my problem not being solve. Today on my lunch break I was able to make it to the prattville location and I waited for a second before being helped, which wasn’t a problem because my service today ended great. Ki’Aundra assisted me and was very pleasant. She was able to solve my problem very fast and in the mix of that we had a great conversation. I’m happy I decided to take the risk and drive 25 minutes it was definitely worth it. I will be back for now on to see her.. great attitude and well spoken. Keep up the great work prattville.
