If I could give negative stars I would. In house employees are nice enough but God forbid you have to contact them via phone. You can't understand anyone and get hung up on frequently. They changed my plan and over charged me twice without my knowledge then after I switched to spectrum (which is just as good service and 1/4 the price) they banned me from being able to log in or make payments but still billed me for an even higher amount. I'd advise anyone on Verizon to consider changing

Warranty paid to Verizon has to be handled by asurion. Not one in prattville. Now the Montgomery location can't get a screen for a 1 year old phone?

When to have my daughter's phone taken off our account and put on her husband's. The said they can not do it and gave us a phone number. Could not get my daughter a new phone till she was swapped to his account. Service is not like it use to be.

Customer service is always horrible. Had to unfortunately send my mom to the store by herself and of course they ripped her off. Rude, pushy salespeople. Left for AT&T.

I was skeptical about coming to this store. I am so glad I did. Paris was an amazing representative & knowledgeable! There should be more reps like him! I didn’t feel rushed and he always very respectful! I even told my friends and they made their next purchase here at the store! Amazing customer service!

People may not like Verizon’s prices or service but I found their customer service at the Prattville store to always be on point. In particular, my guy named Paris is very knowledgeable and helpful. Has always answered every question I throw at him. While I’ve had both Sprint and AT&T, I’ve found Verizon’s coverage to be the best in the River Region.

I came into the store and purchased an iPhone Pro Max. I specifically declined the insurance and stated I was going to buy AppleCare. Despite my repeated statements not to add insurance, the rep added insurance to my account. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated or swept away by "escalating" without any consequences.

This is the worst Verizon store I've dealt with. We have been long time customers of Verizon but the treatment by the employees is ridiculous. Tj has a problem with discussing her own personal information along with others on the floor. Her most recent comment was oh they got money. It was announced to the floor and rather we do or not is not anyone's business. This wasn't even funny. Kendall the manager doesn't address his employees and it reflects on how customers are treated. They messed up my account several times. This is our last time coming into the store. Shout out to Carrie in customer support for fixing this stores mess up.

Went to switch to Verizon and bring my own phone and number over. Tried to do it online. Big mistake. I chatted for several hours Saturday night and couldn't get it working. Tried again Sunday with no luck. Nothing against the the ones online. So today I went to the Verizon store and the lady that helped me got the phone to Work. Wish I could remember her name. Very professional and I walked out after a short time with everything working. Highly recommend this store.

I would rate (ZERO Star) for this locationif possible. First I went there with a paid iPhone 14 pro max unlocked from T-Mobile and there is no restriction on the phone either from Apple (Manager kept saying it’s restricted). The number was port back and forth, went there a few weeks later and we got iPhone pro handed the lady my DL and information. Associate said everything is done in a few hours will get activation text. Later that night nothing, called customer service and they can’t fix it because the store people put the wrong information into the system and now there’s no service. Been dealing with Customer service online for a few hours and they had to create a whole new account. This store has incompetent employee and management.
