“I received one of the coveted 30% off coupons, so I went in to use it and the $15 in Kohl's cash that I had. It was Mother's Day weekend, so there is a bunch of things on sale. I quickly purchased 6 colorful T-shirts that I found. Unfortunately, I want to get one in red and can not find a single one that is in red and still available in a medium. That was disappointing, but I had an excellent time shopping with my friends just before my birthday! When I checked out, I had only spent $30.”

“Interacted with gentleman at check out desk. His name is Torrell Spencer. Mr. Spencer went above and beyond helping us, and was so very courteous while doing so. My wife lost something on our way to the car, did not realize it until we got home about 25 miles from the store. Luckily, when she got through, it was Mr. Spencer that answered the phone. He remembered us and said he would check to see if anyone might have turned it in. He called us back a few minutes later and had gone outside and found them. People like Mr. Spencer are hard to come by these days, he is truly a very good person, and judging from how he interacted with all the customers he has, to be one of the better employees at this location. Was indeed a pleasure to meet him.”
