“This was the first time coming to the Semmes, Al location, and I came in needing a new phone. I called a different store to see about a deal for my phone earlier that day, but I dropped in to the most closest store I could find. Unfortunately, the store I called just wanted to make sale and left out a couple of details to get the deal. If it wasn’t for Ms.Sarah working that day I would’ve been walking around with a broke phone. She was very kind and a great problem solver even when I was a little frustrated. She’s definitely the person to see for good customer service .”

“Starbucks at this Target a million stars... I drove a good distance just to shop there and went into Starbucks for the first time, which is odd, because when I lived down the street from there I never went either..anywho, I stop in before shopping and the line was long because there was only one person working . It was my turn and the cashier had a pleasant smile and attitude. I ordered the Pink drink but they were out of coconut milk, as I was about to walk away she offered another drink, I dont remember the name but it had real strawberries and lemonade mixed. When I tell you it was so good and refreshing it was better than the Pink drink I've been getting for months now. My point of sharing was sometimes a little patience pays off and you'll meet a sweet worker who takes the time to make you feel welcome by simply going above and beyond. I don't remember her name but she had braids and was short and petite and had a kind smile. Thank you for ma'am again, it made my day better;)”
