“So I needed a new touchscreen console in my car. They installed it, made it work with my steering wheel and back up camera. Unfortunately after they installed, my heater wouldn’t work. So I took it to them the next day to get that fixed, and they fixed a few things that I wasn’t happy with for free. Very good people and very good service. Willing to work with you and make you happy. I enjoyed going here and will recommend them.”

“I love BuyWise Saraland! The selection and service are exceptional! Lee and Tim make it a great experience to rent with BuyWise. They are always friendly…ALWAYS!! Other rental companies are never friendly. They’re just outright rude and they treat you as a “lesser” person because you chose to rent when there are many reasons one might do so. You’ll NEVER have that experience with BuyWise SARALAND thanks to Lee and Tim. They’re always considerate of your situation and ready to assist. If you’re ever running behind a little, they go over and above to find a solution. I’ve read other reviews about the prices being too high and it may appear so when just looking at single price items but Lee and Tim always search for the best possible final cost by packaging items and searching for specials that may help out. In addition, the delivery guys are exceptional as well. Tyler, who has been there since our first purchase years ago is the best. He’s friendly and respectful and Rob, whom has only been there for a short time is just as friendly and respectful. I feel like maybe it’s part of their training but it could be they just select friendly and respectful people when hiring. Regardless, you could not ask for better service. “It was a trip due to straight talks b.s. I would like to say that Shakeria was a patient, kind, knowledgeable young woman! We spent over 2 hrs in that store (again due to straight talks b.s). Shakeria, kept her composure and helped us through the drama with ignorant people! I love that young lady's work ethic and calm demeanor, she really could teach a class! If you are trying to switch or just looking for a new cell company this is the company and Shakeria's Metro is the place. Also, I would like to say that her boss Sarah was extremely helpful and they both were sensitive to the situation!”

“Starbucks at this Target a million stars... I drove a good distance just to shop there and went into Starbucks for the first time, which is odd, because when I lived down the street from there I never went either..anywho, I stop in before shopping and the line was long because there was only one person working . It was my turn and the cashier had a pleasant smile and attitude. I ordered the Pink drink but they were out of coconut milk, as I was about to walk away she offered another drink, I dont remember the name but it had real strawberries and lemonade mixed. When I tell you it was so good and refreshing it was better than the Pink drink I've been getting for months now. My point of sharing was sometimes a little patience pays off and you'll meet a sweet worker who takes the time to make you feel welcome by simply going above and beyond. I don't remember her name but she had braids and was short and petite and had a kind smile. Thank you for ma'am again, it made my day better;)”

“From getting a suitable parking which was seamless by the way to embarking on my shopping I had a beautiful time. Most shops have very difficult parking provisions but driving into the target area is alway easy as well as the shopping experience. However it looks like the self checkout tills are fast taking over counters with cashiers. Traditional people like me want to be checked out by someone after spending my money.”
