“Everyone is always so nice. And I’m always usually satisfied with my services. This past week though I think they broke my glove box when they checked my cabin filter. I went to open it the next day to put my paperwork from the service in there and it was broken and wouldn’t close right. My husband had to fix it enough to close and a piece fell out from it. I also found some of my paperwork under my seat that was originally in my glove box. I just wished they would have let me know about it or just fixed it their self.”

Both of them was checked right in front of me and got my starter and alternator rebuilt in a great timely manner and now they work as if they were brand new. I'll definitely do more business here. “This shop is flawless. Super busy (rightfully so) and have never not been able to fix any weird (I drive an F350 6.0 soooo lol) issue that I bring my truck to him for. He’s so communicative, even if he’s short handed some days. He explains everything so in depth without mansplaining or degrading you for not understanding certain mechanic terminology. I searched through well over 30-40 shops before landing on Darrell’s and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did. The amount of time I wasted on these big ‘Stroked Out Diesel’ type places where your truck sits for months with zero communication makes me angry. Not that I want anyone taking up my time slots with Darrell’s, but for real- if you’ve got a diesel that’s got you stumped, he’ll figure it out.”
