Toyota Service Center provides a great experience overall. A quick service can be seen on the same day. The service advisor did a great job. The staff are new and very courteous, an improvement from a few years ago. Customers are satisfied after an oil change and will use the service again. Everyone is courteous and expresses genuine concern. They listened and even took customers back to the garage to show what was going on. The waiting area is spacious, with TV and snacks provided. They even offer free car washes.

    Great experience overall stopped in for a quick service was able to be seen on the same day. Shane was the service advisor and did a great job.

    They are alot better than a few years ago. I think they have new staff that are very courteous, as opposed to how it use to be. I was driving to Lexus of Birmingham just to have an oil change but decided to give Toyota service department another chance and this time I'm very satisfied. I will be using them from now on.
