Pet Supermarket
124 West Grand Ave A9, Rainbow CityI just want to give a special shout-out to Brian at Pet Supermarket in Rainbow City!
Every time I come into the store, Brian is always friendly, welcoming, and ready with a little joke that makes me smile. He is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and always takes the time to answer my questions. In fact, he often gives me helpful information that I didn’t even know to ask about!
Brian truly goes above and beyond to make sure I’m choosing the right products for my dog, Royal. I never feel rushed, and I can tell that he genuinely cares about the animals and the customers he helps.
You can tell Brian loves what he does, and he is definitely in the right line of work. Great customer service like his deserves to be recognized.
Thank you, Brian, for always taking such good care of Royal and me! We appreciate you!
