“Bought 14k of furnishings for my new cabin on Lookout Mountain from Jimmy Joliet. Very good customer service. Had an issue recently with two night tables tops splitting. Jimmy was contacted about this and stood behind what he sells and is arranging for two new table tops for them. Now that IS customer service.
