However, it wasn’t until this summer we realized how much MORE than fair his pricing is. We considered getting the work done in Richmond, but they quoted a rate 10 and a half times more than what Bruce charged. We will never get work done anywhere else. “Tracy, who works at the Red Bay Alabama O’Reilly’s is absolutely fan-tastic! She’s holding down the fort over there y’all, let me tell ‘ya. Ordering what I needed from others and having to return 2 different items for improper fit, Tracy jumped on the case. I didn’t mind the wait while she did a deep dive researching to assure best product for my needs and proper fit. She is down to earth, knowledgeable, a multitasker who knows her (bleep!) I was so pleased, I went back the next day to personally say, “thank you Tracy. No returns. Everything fits perfect!” And I left her a card, letting her know how much I appreciate her and how valuable she is to not only the customers but also for the company.
