The lady at the front desk was very kind. She apologized for being slow. That UPSP had someone in training and she was the only one there. I told her not a problem, I completely understood. She gave me everything I needed and wished me Happy Holidays. I wish I could have helped her.

I have always had a great experience shipping here the only is they’re very understaffed so it takes a little while to get somebody to the front
