“I went to Lowes to buy grill.found the one I wanted and asked Salesman if he had one all put together, he to betsaid yes. I said ok he said we'll load it. It's too big for me to unload. So he said we'll deliver it like the sign said. On Friday the day it's supposed to be deliver. Lowes in west mobile calls says they don't have one put together. I explained I paid for one already put together in Daphne. He says take that up with Daphne Lowes and the Salesman is not working but Darlene is and she took great care found my grill with my name on it. Loaded it up for me. Next week it supposed to rain I go back to Lowes and you guess it. Darling finds the cover I need. Many thanks to the hard work Darlene. Lowes needs to find more people like Darlene.”

“I walked in today and had trouble finding what i was looking for, a worker came and asked if i needed any help turns out they ran out what I was looking for. 2 of their employees got on the phone calling places all around to help me find a place that had what I needed in stock. I have never been helped and felt like I knew the staff for years. I will 100% be going back. Thank you guys!”
