The lady that helped me was SUPER knowledgeable and displayed an impressive amount of integrity today that made this my go to place…..I had (what I thought) was an issue with my chainsaw, I brought it in with a general idea but nothing specific on what I thought was wrong….most places would have took it to the back, called me two days later and charged a service no matter what…..this lady preceded to take the saw apart on the spot! Informed me that it WASN’T broken just a trick with my particular brand saw and the chain lock…….put it back together and replaced the chain. (Chain was 6+ years old so I got my use)…..only charged me for the chain….in todays world that type of service is rare and greatly appreciated by people like me…..”
