“I had a concern about an email that was sent to me from this harbor freight (I live in New Orleans Louisiana). It turns out it was just a clerical error from a customer. Kristen (not sure of the spelling) helped me over the phone and took the matter very seriously. Fantastic customer service. Although I haven't been here personally, if most the employees are like her, I'm sure you'd be taken care of if you come here. Good work ??”
