“I purchased a car about 8 years ago and the dealership used this bank to finance. It was my first experience with a credit union. I have had nothing but a 5 star experience with them since then. I have financed 2 more cars with them and they will be my first call every time after this. While they are a smaller bank and lack a lot of the technology from other banks, like sophisticated online / apps , atm deposits, or tap on atms, they make up with it for customer service and consistency. I’m there atleast 2 times a week the ladies no me by name. If I’m a few days late on my car note there isn’t any issues, they help you out where they can and you get a quality of service you can’t get with large banks. Highly recommend.”
