Our delivery gal is absolutely amazing, always friendly and has never misdelivered a package in the 5 years we've been here! “The customer service is courteous and expident. A drag could be, there's usually only one clerk working the front counter, which slows down the process, because a few of the customers don't fully understand the mailing process and what it entails.”
“Big trucks go the way in the picture take your time watch for cars make sure you have enough room to maneuver (take both lanes if you have too). I have never had problem coming the way of the picture with a 53 foot trailer and a sleep cab. My dispatch said appt for 8am but they do not start off loading until 9am.”
