“The customer service is courteous and expident. A drag could be, there's usually only one clerk working the front counter, which slows down the process, because a few of the customers don't fully understand the mailing process and what it entails.”

“This store has a girl named Stacy who works here and she is an angel! She helped my elderly grandmother who has dementia ship out a package and the woman who was working with her was very upset for helping my grandmother because it took a little longer than most customers. Thank you Stacy! Thank you for being of service to our community and working so hard.”

3410 Joe Treadwell Dr, Mobile AL 36606
“Genuinely only writing a review to say how helpful and sweet Amber always is every time I go here. She is actually the reason I go out of my way to come to this post office because all other post office’s that I’ve gone to, I am met with rude and dismissive workers. Amber is the exact opposite and I never feel bad for having to take my time or having a complicated process. She’s the best.”

“I got on here just to see the hours of operation and was appalled to see their star rating, so I wanted to give my review. The Satsuma post office has been exceptional!!!! Our delivery gal is absolutely amazing, always friendly and has never misdelivered a package in the 5 years we've been here! Anytime I've gone into the post office I've always been greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Keep up the great work! -Heather McKee”

“Everyone at this location has always been extremely polite and pleasant to me. The few times that I have had mail misdelivered, or had any issues I was contacted within 24 hours by the man who oversees this location I believe his name is Marco... I think their service and communication are excellent! My only complaint is how dark it is in the lobby you can barely see anything. I appreciate you all very much. Thank you”

“If you’re driving a semi-truck, follow the route I outlined to avoid blind spots. You can park overnight if needed, and the facility opens at 6 a.m. The staff are friendly, unload quickly, and it’s easy if you take your time.”

2000 Rosedale Rd, Mobile AL 36605
“I recently had an issue with a piece of mail that had gotten lost in the system. I went to this location post office to ask for additional information. The two postal agents I spoke with went above and beyond to help me track down the package. Having moved from an area that was known for poor customer service - I was expecting the same. The man behind the counter and his supervisor went out of their way to help locate the letter and work to get it re-delivered. This is coupled with great service from our regular letter carrier. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews and gather that others may have had a bad experience. I'm thankful for the individuals I've dealt with and am glad that they are part of the process.”
