“I got on here just to see the hours of operation and was appalled to see their star rating, so I wanted to give my review. The Satsuma post office has been exceptional!!!! Our delivery gal is absolutely amazing, always friendly and has never misdelivered a package in the 5 years we've been here! Anytime I've gone into the post office I've always been greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

“The customer service is courteous and expident. A drag could be, there's usually only one clerk working the front counter, which slows down the process, because a few of the customers don't fully understand the mailing process and what it entails.”
“Big trucks go the way in the picture take your time watch for cars make sure you have enough room to maneuver (take both lanes if you have too). I have never had problem coming the way of the picture with a 53 foot trailer and a sleep cab. My dispatch said appt for 8am but they do not start off loading until 9am.”

She helped my elderly grandmother who has dementia ship out a package and the woman who was working with her was very upset for helping my grandmother because it took a little longer than most customers.
