“Stay the way you are. I would recommend this location for any rentals needed. The people that helped us during our rental were absolutely the most kind people you could ever meet. May God bless you and your business and thank you so much for your kindness.”
“Ethan maintains a crack crew of experts. Knowledgeable, courteous, dedicated, honest and always above and beyond. I go out of my way to do business at this location.”
“Maaaaaaan, I left church in Eight Mile, Alabama and got a flat on I165. I called Mr. J.D. He found me on the highway, followed me to his tired shop, and replaced my tire. This was done on a Sunday, and after 4pm. What a God Send. Whew. Brother J.D. takes great pride in his work and he's the ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL. If you need a tire for your vehicle, utilize his service because he's OUTSTANDING!!!! THANK YOU SIR!!!!”
“Excellent customer service from staff at Springhill Avenue location.

“I've used U-Haul 4 times in the last 5 years and have been very pleased. Always caring and helpful agents and the equipment, some old and some new has never failed.”
“Pulled into this station , my car Audi Q5 was smoking ! Nightmare situation! I was met by a great young mechanic who eased my nerves , and fixed my car ! Finally quality work at reasonable prices after I had been given the green light to drive said vehicle. I could have burned the engine completely ! Thank you !”
“Had a great overall experience and the man behind the desk kept a smile on my face throughout the whole time of me being there, will be returning to that specific location for all my U-haul needs! 10/10!”
