“Brandon at Harbin Ford goes above and beyond and is so personable, you can’t help but trust his ability to make sure your car is handled with care. Before Harbin Ford became my regular go to car service, I used Quick Lube in Ft Payne because it was convenient to have it serviced while I was at work. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked my car up the service rep told me he saved me some money and did not rotate my tires because I needed new ones and tried to sell me tires!! Needless to say, I never went back and purchased my set from Harbin and have used them ever since. They never disappoint. The price difference between Quick Lube and Harbin is not significant, especially when considering the fact that Harbin would not disregard a customer’s request then try to sell them the product. Thank you Harbin Ford for the great customer service and top tier maintenance.”
“We had a blow out on our RV limped here and Paul changed put our spare on. They didn’t have our tire size (we would’ve bought a new one). He changed it quickly we were on our way!!! Great service”
