“We were on vacation and on a timeline. Our starter went out and we were stranded at a campground. We had free towing service and they took it to the shop and these guys put a starter in that day and got us going again. They did a great job at a reasonable price and I would highly recommend them to those of you living in that area.”

“I am very impressed with the work done here. I have taken several of my vehicles here for alignments and never had an issue afterwards. I took my truck in yesterday and the installed a leveling kit on it and aligned it afterwards. They gave me a fantastic price and got it in and out in just a few hours. The lady that works the front desk is very nice. I am very happy with the work, staff, and price.”

“Russ's team was able to fix my leaky tire within minutes and alerted me that my tires needed to be replaced. Sure enough on a brand new car and only 28,800 miles, The tires were unsafe. Thanks to them they replaced them and I was on the road in no time.”

“This is a local, family owned and operated budiness that I have used three times over the past 10 years. Not only have they performed A+ auto work, they put me in touch with a very reasonable rental car guy from whom I rented a car for the time my car was in the shop. Ted and Tina are a husband/wife team who worked WITH me instead of trying to rob me. All cost estimates were shown as clearly explained line items. In addition to insurance claims, I also had need for out-of-pocket body work on two occasions. I fully trust T&T Auto Body Shop with my vehicles.”

“Fine service. Fine men. Fixed my ac. We originally thought i had a much more expensive problem with my ac. To my delight, it was much cheaper, because it wasn't what we had originally thought!!! Thank goodness! AND a big shout out to everyone from Gerald on down.... they are HONEST....They could have easily said it sure enough was the most expensive problem, and charged me a big sum of money, but they absolutely DID NOT! Highly, highly recommend.”

“After another tire location in Scottboro completed faulty work on my vehicle, I was recommended Scottsboro Tire. I had some unusual requests with the service and they were more than happy to accommodate those requests. The prices were more than reasonable, and the service was thorough and friendly. After my service I had questions and concerns, they were very helpful. When choosing a place to have work done on your vehicle reliability will always win, and this place is reliable.”

“I brought in my car today for some new tires (mine were dangerously worn out) and an oil change. I had to drop it off in a hurry to be able to get to work, and just hope that it could be done quickly so I could have it for the weekend. When I got there, Jim, came out to my car in the rain to check it out. It turned out they didn't have my tire size in stock. Instead of sending me somewhere else, he called another shop and was able to get the tires from them. They were able to get my car done with great customer service! Thanks again for saving my weekend!”

“I've worked at NCI for almost 4 years. I've noticed a couple of bad reviews on here for NCI. The only response that I have for that is that it's a job. Part of being an adult is showing up for work and doing your job . The only reasons I've ever seen anyone fired from NCI is mostly for not showing up to do your job or being there and not doing your job. Their attendance policy is pretty much like any other company. All in all they've treated me well and I have no complaints otherwise I would not still be there.”

“I had a great experience buying my 2025 Nissan Kick at Harbin Automotive. Anthony took excellent care of me and gave me a great deal. I will recommend them to everyone to buy their next automobile.”

“Brandon at Harbin Ford goes above and beyond and is so personable, you can’t help but trust his ability to make sure your car is handled with care. Before Harbin Ford became my regular go to car service, I used Quick Lube in Ft Payne because it was convenient to have it serviced while I was at work. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked my car up the service rep told me he saved me some money and did not rotate my tires because I needed new ones and tried to sell me tires!! Needless to say, I never went back and purchased my set from Harbin and have used them ever since. They never disappoint. The price difference between Quick Lube and Harbin is not significant, especially when considering the fact that Harbin would not disregard a customer’s request then try to sell them the product. Thank you Harbin Ford for the great customer service and top tier maintenance.”

“We had a blow out on our RV limped here and Paul changed put our spare on. They didn’t have our tire size (we would’ve bought a new one). He changed it quickly we were on our way!!! Great service”

“Arnolds Auto Repair in Scottsboro, AL made a rare-parts hunt effortless. I found a 2006 G6 6-speed manual on car-part.com and called about ten places—Darren was the only one willing to ship, and he made it feel routine. One call to confirm, one text with what he needed, one email with my info (the car-guy version of “one bourbon, one scotch, one beer”), and the very next day the transmission was on its way from Alabama to Wisconsin. It arrived exactly as promised, and Darren’s communication was quick and clear the whole time. For anyone chasing hard-to-find parts (mine’s for a Fiero build), this was a 5-star, no-hassle experience. Thanks!”
