No stress for me after I saw her and found out she had a great experience!!! Price very reasonable! No long waits to be finished. And a phone call to let us know and text that she was ready! “The petsense in Scottsboro is the best store I have ever been to for my pets needs. We have spent lots of money there, and the people there are very friendly and so helpful! I am very sad that the company itself has decided to close the doors to the store in Scottsboro, and all the people who work there has to be moved to another store. What will happen to the customers, who shop there and need that store more than anything!! Our area hasn't a specialty pet store till then. It isn't fair to have us travel over 45 minutes away or more to get our pet items we need so badly! Petsense please reconsider the customers feelings and keep our only store open!! I can't get the specialty foods I feed my animals any where else, and there are others that feel the same!! Please keep that store open! Sincerely a loyal customer!”

“They have healthy crickets for my tarantulas needs, and a good amount of supplies. They’re on the expensive side, but unless you can travel to Chattanooga or somewhere farther, you pay for convenience. I wouldn’t buy fish from here as the tanks share the same filter, and fish don’t seem to be healthy. Tarantulas are extremely overpriced. I only recommend getting pet supplies.”
