“After not being able to get what we needed in the Mobile store, we came to the Semmes location and were taken care of with no waiting or hassles. Pam was beyond helpful and took care of all our needs. She didn't push all the extras and even took the time to get the new phone set up and go over tips and tricks. It was refreshing to actually find caring customer service. Pam is a true gem.”
“Went in to t-mobile in semmes to get my new phone hooked up and Carlie and Corey was awesome Carlie did most of it and was very friendly nice patient and knowledgeable about the transfer from one phone to the other I got all my apps pics and contacts in the exact same places and order as the old phone when I went back to get the second line hooked up it didn't take long at all a few days later got Carlie again to port the numbers over and with all the trouble att was giving she got it done and had me on my way very quick I would recommend going to the semmes store and requesting Carlie you won't regret it she will treat you very kindly and take care of you quick”

“This was the first time coming to the Semmes, Al location, and I came in needing a new phone. I called a different store to see about a deal for my phone earlier that day, but I dropped in to the most closest store I could find. Unfortunately, the store I called just wanted to make sale and left out a couple of details to get the deal. If it wasn’t for Ms.Sarah working that day I would’ve been walking around with a broke phone. She was very kind and a great problem solver even when I was a little frustrated. She’s definitely the person to see for good customer service .”
