“The Associate Jay was extremely Courteous, Professional, Patient and thorough with answering all our concerns and questions. He truly listened to what our specific needs were and made sure we got what we needed and nothing less. I'm a retired AT&T employee (35 yrs) and he is definitely an asset to your operation! I'm proud to see the caliber individual the company is still hiring and serving the public. Keep up the great work! What an enjoyable experience! THANKS!!!!”

“My screen LCD was broken, flashing lights everywhere, screen didn't push where I did etc. Took it in on a Saturday, got a great price, Phone was ready for pickup that following Wednesday. Everything was great until I realized that now my Volume down button doesn't work for some reason. Didn't have this issue before I sent it in. Wouldn't be that much of an issue except now I can't screenshot anything. I also cannot use my screen while it's charging it will not respond now. ❤Just an update-- took the phone back today and explained the situation. They were very nice about but weren't sure how that happened . They fixed it in just a few hours for free no hassle! ❤”

“Keith was exceptionally professional and patient with the large task of moving 7 phone lines from T-Mobile to AT&T! I was agitated from a terrible in-store experience at T-Mobile on Government and he listened without making me feel judged and gave me my options for moving service to AT&T. He patiently helped us select phones and explained how the incentive could be redeemed. His manager was also extremely helpful and made my son and I feel confident we were making the right decision. And the best part? My bill is more than $100 less after the switch. Love this place!”

“Frank did an excellent job helping me out of a horrible situation regarding a defective product that I had bought online through AT&T. They were able to assist me both before and after the return process. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with how the company AT&T handled my situation and Apple as well but Frank at this location went above and beyond within their abilities. Despite how limited in person service can be, Frank was as helpful as could be! Thank you for your time.”

“I went in to upgrade the day before 4th of July and Jessica was amazing. There were 2 guests ahead of me and 2 after me and she was such a delight. She spoke to all of us and made it a better environment instead of us all just sitting there in silence. She asked us all about our 4th of July plans and spoke to everyone. I saw her helping a mom and daughter upgrade a phone, helped 2 senior citizens pay their bills, and then she helped myself upgrade and a woman transfer her eSIM to another phone because hers wasn’t working. Never did she complain or give off “annoyed” vibes. She was so sweet and a pleasure to work with and made my shopping experience enjoyable!!!”

As an old man I don't know all of this stuff and she cared enough to help me even with a busy store. She's so sweet and caring. Go see her soon, she's happy to help”

2956 Spring Hill Avenue, Mobile AL 36607
“I go into the store on Springhill, the service is Always very friendly. They even let me leave advertisements on their community board/table. I have a prepaid phone that I paid 40 bucks plus tax for, a Samsung flip open type phone and got 200 minutes and I pay 10 bucks for 100 minutes whenever I need it after the initial purchase. But i don't use the phone hardly ever. So that's enough for me. If u use the phone other than for emergencies best to get the month to month for about 40 bucks a month, unlimited calling. Plus they have home phone service plan, which is what i am about to get now and the cell phone i got will be used even less.”

AT&T should consider she train others…OUTSTANDING 🤗.”

“GREAT COMPANY and personnel!!!! So far, I've gotten an iPad 9th generation cracked screen fixed, and I intend to go back to fix an iPhone and laptop. Overall great personnel who are more than willing to help, knowledgeable on how to fix it, even gave me some tips on whether to get screen protectors (which I still might, only because I'm paranoid lol). 10/10 recommend if anyones got a device thats broke or needs fixing!”
