I have a had a relatively seamless experience with the bank. The relationship officer who attended to me was amazing and displayed a good understanding of the job and preferred adequate solutions to our needs.

I have never had a bad experience at any Regions bank. I use the one in Semmes a lot and they are the nicest people.
