I wanted an above ground pool for my granddaughter. Rachel was very helpful in figuring out how best to finance this project without increasing my payments at all.I'm happy, my granddaughter is happy, my bank account is happy.Being retired and on a fixed income each month it is very nice to have local people, like Rachel, that understand and bend over backwards to help their customers with any and all my financial needs.

I had a very positive experience today when I arrived for a scheduled visit to open a new account with this branch in Semmes. Rachel, a courteous, friendly and most helpful young lady assisted me. We took care of business and it was completed in a total of 45 minutes with me having to leave and go to another bank to get a cashiers check and return to invest the money! I will request her assistance in the future.

I was harassed and discriminated today because of my hijab. Me and my late husband are customers for ever with this bank. But they treated me like a fraud. I have been transferring money w/o any issues every now and then through Regions but this location was the first. First, I was sent back home to get a second photo ID. After I came back with the ID, Miss Andria Seals told me that they would not be able to wire transfer my money because of unfamiliar things about me. I asked her did you see any red flags or any fraudulent activity regarding my previous transactions. She said, “No, but their policy had changed due to recent fraudulent transactions.” This was a pure and simple discrimination, I was by default considered as a fraud because of my looks. It was not even a matter that I wasted my time, my gas because she did not even said “Sorry”.

Why is it that this place has 5 drive thru windows open but only one attendant, and 5 Windows inside but only 2 tellers? An I, a handicapped person, has to stand in line 20 minutes to get service?

Regions continues to degrade in terms of customer oriented and friendly service. In my latest interaction, I sought to deposit a Walmart money order at my local branch. I did so in person and was told by the representative that $250 of it would be available after midnight, the remainder of the $1000 would be available after 2 days. I then awoke the next morning to discover a hold had been placed on the entirety of my $1000 for over a week, due to "fraud concerns after a recent string of fake money orders in the system". I explained that I made financial planning based upon being able to trust information given to me by the establishment representative, that the money order could have been cashed in 5 minutes for a pittance at a nearby Walmart, and that a scripted apology for the "inconvenience" does NOT pay my bills or the late fees associated with delayed payments. I have been with Regions for years and yet, much like with PNC banking, it seems that the more that they grow as an entity, the less they are concerned with the satisfaction of their customer base. Based on this and other multiple incidents, I have decided that after my tax refund is deposited within a couple weeks, I am moving my funds and business to a credit union and terminating my account with Regions. There are a MULTITUDE of banking options available now that offer better service with less issues and hassle.

SLOWEST. Place. Ever. Every time I come here it takes no less than 20 minutes even if I’m the only one in the drive thru. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I wish my work would change banks. ?

I had an issue with one of my bank cards not working then one month, two customer service reps., and two branches later still not resolved. Afterwards, I visited Regions branch in Semmes which has the most friendly & hard working staff I’ve seen a while my problem was resolved in no time. I am very pleased with the service, staff, and outcome. I’ve made this my go to bank. Thanks Ms. Pam & staff.

I just opened a new checking account at the Semmes branch. I had to write a check two days later. I paid for a job that was a scam , using a starter check ; it’s all I had. After realizing what was done, I tried to have the payment of the check stopped. The problem was I had to call a 1-800 - number which cost me valuable time, and was useless anyhow. No number on the check,; “ but yet my name was, as well as his “ so I go to the bank, I’m 5 minutes late , because of my 20 minute wait on the phone trying to get someone . I couldn’t even get any of the ladies inside to listen to me. I hate I opened my new account there, thinking it would be better.

I make my work deposits there everyday, and for the most part the tellers are nice, There is one condescending lady with long brown hair that always has some kind of issue, I’m assuming she hates her job, or maybe its just me. Tried to call the branch but could not get them on the phone. If there was another bank around I would go to it. Unfortunately I have to use it for my company. I guess I will suffer
