“Nyamburya Gathoga, let’s make sure you tell the whole truth here. First off, you were never contracted or hired by Quick Shot Trucking to haul anything. We brokered this load to a carrier (Sig Management) that “at the time” was in good standing with the FMCSA. SIG management then turned in Proof of Delivery to us and they were payed almost double what you say you hauled the load for. Then a couple of weeks later you show up saying you were never paid for hauling the load. We came to an agreement to pay your company another $1200 so that you wouldn’t be at a total loss. We took the loss because this was done for a church in which we were making nothing.
You should have done your homework. When taking a load from a broker you should always check with an agency such as Carrier Source or a factoring company to see if they are a broker in good standing.
As for QUICK SHOT TRUCKING, we have been in business since 1997 and have always paid who and what we were contracted to pay.”
“This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center provided a straightforward and efficient experience. I stopped in to drop off a package for shipment, and the process was handled quickly and professionally. When I walked in, the employee was already assisting another customer by giving detailed directions, taking the time to be patient and genuinely helpful rather than rushing them through. That level of attention stood out immediately.
Once it was my turn, the same employee seamlessly shifted over, took my package, scanned it in without delay, and provided a receipt. The interaction was smooth, organized, and courteous from start to finish. There was no confusion, no waiting around, and everything was handled exactly as expected.
The store itself was clean and well laid out, with clearly marked sections for packing and mailing supplies. It felt easy to navigate, even for someone just coming in for a quick drop-off.
Overall, this was a very pleasant and efficient visit. Good customer service, especially when consistent across multiple customers, makes a difference, and this location delivered on that.”
