“I visited Ken’s Sewing Center in October 2025. I brought in my BabyLock Radiance that I thought had be damaged during a recent large project. Steve took a look at it and did a couple quick tests while I waited. He determined that I only needed a new needle and nothing ended up being wrong with the machine after all. He loaded my machine back into my vehicle and I took it home within an hour.
While my mother and I were there, mom ended up purchasing a classroom Solaris Vision. Ray helped mom. He had tremendous patience with her and was very fair and explained pricing to her. Ray made mom feel very comfortable with a very large purchase that day. The transaction was smooth with no pressure.
