“I need a last-minute shirt for the birthday boy and call the vinyl room to see if they could help. The young lady on the phone went to check to see if they had any prints that were ready and available. She returned to the phone with great news that they had something in stock. I confirmed what time they closed and thanked her for her help. Moments later, I received this message.
Hi, this is Madeleine at the Vinyl Room. I just wanted to send you a picture of the print, just in case you drove all the way here and didn't like it.
Talk about customer service! Above and beyond! Great job, Madeleine ?.
She was even at the store when I arrived and was to get me taken care of and on my way in just a few minutes .

“I LOVE RUE 21. I JUST BOUGHT SOME REALLY NICE JEANS FOR $12 ON THE CLEARANCE RACK AND THEY WERE MORE NICE THAN THE ONES THAT WEREN'T ON CLEARANCE! “I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Tracey (sorry if spelled incorrectly) and Jordan were so patient with my friends and I and we had a great shopping experience! We came to browse at first. I ended up trying a few things on (that I did not end up purchasing), and we ended up getting some t-shirts made and buying some Knick-knacks, and some really cool earrings! I definitely want to go back when I have more time to visit and see about some new items when the season changes. I highly recommend this place and I cannot wait to go back!”

Definitely one of my go to's for men's clothing. The store is big enough to bring in more options of merchandise items. I'd like to see more giftable items especially for kids. We With kids in school, we are picking out gifts just about every weekend. I have found some really good gifts here that don't break the bank. The women's clothing could use more options for the in-between (teen - more mature woman) stage. Would love to see more shoes and high end beauty.
Overall, very glad we have this store on the Colbert side of the shoals! Our options are few and having a variety department store other than Walmart is very convenient.”

“The staff at the Florence store is literally the best. I’ve been back to the store multiple times in the past few months just bc I’m overly picky about jeans. I had to bring 2 pairs back to exchange due to this pickiness. Most of the time, my pickiness can be irritating, and I get it.. Who wants to deal with someone like that?? This genuine kindness and helpfulness of this staff is why I was so willing to go ahead and purchase a mini winter/spring wardrobe. It’s not bc I had to have new clothes. It’s bc I want to buy from people like the ones that work at this store.”

“Really, really pleased with the reusable face masks I ordered from Alabama Chanin. I received them relatively quickly and they are of great quality. They fit very well and are perfectly snug on my face. The filter pocket is larger than other masks I’ve researched, which is nice because I’m not limited to a particular filter or material.Four thumbs up!(just kidding, i’ve been isolated way too long ?)I highly recommend!”

Miss Susanne Esslinger is a super Karen and honestly probably couldn’t afford what she bought to begin with, then rent was due, tried to exchange it after she wore it to the club and slept in it 3 days in a week and a half esé. Went as far get to his shop right at 10 & stand outside his shop with wet hair for an hour just to be rejected and looking a fool, fool. I can only imagine the fool this person made of themselves. They never restoke sometimes and the women do not speak they just look mad,they have good prices shoes are cheap and hurt ur feet. Always have clothes for skinny petite women but not really plus sizes on women or men. I still go there just wish they REVAMP and get more Quality clothes”

“My husband needed a suit for a funeral the next day. After going to several retail shops, we ended up at the London Shop. Renae had us fixed up with a suit, shirt, and tie in no time. She even knew correct measurements before she measured! All alterations were complete before the end of the business day. 10/10 recommend!”

“My husband and I came in for a pair of men’s swim trunks. He’s a 3x but still we were able to go right to the section and find exactly what he needed and something he Loved in less than five minutes. That’s unusual for a Ross, and something that never happens for us. I looked around and saw a lot of really cute clothes and several things I would buy. Not all the aisles looked organized and nice, but it is a busy store. There was a line, typical for Ross, but it went by relatively fast and the cashier was very nice. Definitely plan on coming back!”
