He and Anthony also did a great communicating updates on the job and its completion. You pull into most body shops and the first person you meet is the estimator - the salesman. At Chas Collision you pull into the parking lot and meet Chaz himself, typically in the shop actually doing the work of body repair. This is old fashioned hands-on customer service from a local guy that's done the right way from first to last.”
