“The move in pricing was great. The lady I spoke with a couple of times was so nice and helpful. There were things in the contract the manager was not aware of like providing the lock for the unit. I don't mind doing everything online; however, I am kinda old school and would rather have someone in the office to do face to face business with. I understand when Covid was going on the reasoning behind why this decision was made but it's been over with for a long time now so I would think it's time to get back to work in the office.”
“All the negative reviews on here are just inaccurate. I have never been treated disrespectfully by any employees here, and I'm a difficult customer. I consistently forgot to pay on time for a couple months. Even so, I was never chided and simply paid for the storage as well as the late fee. They've always been very polite. They let me know several times the price would go up (for everyone) when I called to pay for my unit months in advance.The unit pricing is also incredibly cheap. I'm paying $60 for an 8 x 12 unit.This business is ran very well and effectively, and it's full of kindhearted people. The bad reviews here are just outdated and untrue.”
