βMs Sharon Wood is amazing! I went to the 3135 Williams Rd, Columbus, GA location today to rent a 10x15 drive up unit. Sharon was so kind as she took the time to thoroughly explain all their options to be sure I was renting the proper size unit. She explained their optional insurance coverage, sold me a padlock and made sure it was set up and working right, walked me through the app set up, then even took me to the gate to be sure the app service worked properly. Iβd say she went out of her way to be sure I was comfortable with everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this facility for your storage needs. Thank you Ms. Sharon for all your help and personal chit chat we shared today. Iβll be sure to stop in and say hi on my future visits to the unit.β
βNo issues with Storage Rentals of America. Mr. Luis was very helpful with my decision making process. Took the time to answer all my questions. Mr. Luis walked me to each individual unit I was interested in purchasing and continued to give me the best advice. Extremely professional. Great customer service.β
βMy experience was excellent. I walked in today simply looking to get an estimate but ended up actually renting on the spot. The representative was truly helpful and resourceful. She took the time to explain everything in detail and actually walked me down to view the storage unit prior to signing. I truly appreciated MS. Keisha's help!β
βWe just finished clearing out or storage unit at the Armour Road location. Move out was just as easy (maybe easier) than move in. The employees have been extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend especially if you need something temperature controlled.β
βMr. Eddie was recommended by Daysia on Auburn Ave. she spoke very highly of him. He did provide great customer service. Opening an account was easy and he made sure to make sure we had all paperwork and apps needed.β
βChase is the most professional storage facility manager around. Courtesy, professional and takes super good care of his customers. Facility is modern and super safe and clean. Highly recommend.β
βCustomer service was great place was clean and didnβt smell like your typical storage and I loved the location of it./ update today is oct 30 2024 I have used this excellent facility yet again the customer service is awesome and Melissa is the best and I will definitely choose extra space on Blackmon road again.β

βSuper clean and easily accessible whenever I need access to my storage unit. Helpful communications from the facility whenever an issue arises that I need to be aware. REALLY like the air conditioned space. Keeps my belongings nice and dry.β

β5 stars! It was clean and I felt safe! I love the seasoned lights and the entry pads. Most of all I loved having all of my storage units together In one location. The staff was helpful and even came to check, with extra locks in hand, to see if I got in ok. Just told my brother about them as they are moving back home. Love that you can reserve ahead of time! Setup online was easy and quick too!β

βWe needed a storage unit asap to store for our college student belongings for the summer. Not only were they available to walk her through how best to store belongings, their communication was great as well. Ideally, if they were temp. control they would have received a 5. Will DEFINITELY use again.β

βFor the most part Victory Drive Storage has been fair and forth coming. Noticed when changes ahead of time. Also, when security and maintenance was done and the difference pricing for each improvement.β
βFriendly and professional staff and great prices for storage units compared to other companies in the area. One downside is the roads going to and from storage units are uneven so depending on where your unit is it can be more challenging. Definitely recommend checking out though.β

βIm not sure if they are a couple but both of them seniors are super friendly and helpful. I got a 20β uhaul truck from this location. They had it ready and my furniture pads. The whole experience was smooth!β
βOne of my friends has a unit here and told me the prices weren't outrageous. Facilities seem to be clean and never seems to be a hassle to get to units on the grounds.β

βThe staff were very friendly and eager to assist me on whatever I needed. They were very courteous, kind, friendly , and knowledgeable of their position as customer service. I love all of the employees there especially, Misty the manager . They all had great customer service and this is the best Uhaul company I have ever rented from .
