“We have been without an ice maker for weeks and weeks because we could not get an installer scheduled to uninstall our fridge, out while protecting our wood floors of course, and then re-install it after the repair.
Suzanne and Charlie ( the Ops Mgr) made it happen in one follow-up call to them.
