“2026-02-05: I called Blossman after running out of propane. I had to call last minute and off schedule. The office staff were quick and very polite. They scheduled a delivery ASAP—no schedule time, but promised a 30 minute before arrival call. JIMMY was my delivery driver. He called me as promised. JIMMY has a very upbeat, energetic personality and was very kind and understanding of my predicament. I paid my bill by phone before the delivery, easy peasy, and had a full tank of gas same day! I work business hours and I appreciate (so much) companies that work with my hours/situation!❤️”

“Customer service was great!! We had a delay in delivery for an umbrella. It made it to the nearby store and I was able to call and just pick up the item. Katrina was one of the associates helping me - she did everything in her power to make it a smooth process to pick up what was scheduled to be a delivery. There were several helpful associates throughout the whole process.”
“As usual, this HD had what I needed. However, the paint folks worked a miracle for me this time. Usually “color” match doesn’t work quite as expected. The associate was able to use her phone, take a pic of the 2015 very faded label, use some filters and get the numbers she needed to stand out. Perfect match!! Well done HD.”
“Had an urgent need for an over-the-range microwave in white. Luckily they did not have it at the first store but they called around and there was another store within 5 mi that did have one. So shout out to the staff for all their help.”
“We are having a problem with raccoons coming in through our doggy door. My mom and I went in tonight and not only did Theo help my mom get a scooter that was charged but he helped me get the items I need to block the raccoons from coming in. Great customer service!”
