“I love this location. I live in Saraland but come here every Sunday morning after church at City Hope. I’m usually greeted by Caleb, I wish I knew who his parents are because this young man is a true delight!!! So respectful and always so nice. He is a true asset to this business and life in general!!!”
“Customer service was amazing and they kept me up to date with the progress and expected completion times. You could argue my vehicle looks better than before my incident. I chose this place simply because of the reviews and I’m glad I did. I would recommend this shop to anyone and once again, thank you all for your help”
“My niece bought a car from Ray yesterday. He was fair, very patient with us and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I strongly recommend COAL Wholesale.and Ray is a great guy.”
“Decent pricing, never swindled, detailed explanations of things if I want them, never starting work until they confirm with me EXACTLY what they're doing, very fast service. Genuinely heartbroken that I'm moving out of state soon because it means I can't bring my car back here anymore.”
“I had a poor wash at another. Rich‘s car wash down the road and immediately drove to this location in Daphne car still wet. They let me do a rewash and put me through the polish tunnel without any hesitation! Great customer service, and great employees! My truck came out perfect! I will definitely use this particular Rich‘s car wash going forward whenever I need to wash!”

“I tried to polish and wax my brand new black ram 1500 that had some swirls in it and I made it so much worse. I didn’t know what to do so I came into the store to learn what they could do and what I did wrong. Carson and Christain stopped what they were doing to teach me all about their work and took a lot of time to answer my questions. After seeing examples of their work and learning more about what goes into a ceramic coat, I was in. Plus I didn’t know what to do because I felt like I couldn’t even look at my truck without scratching it. The finished product blew me away. My truck looked 10x better than brand new off the lot. Not only all the paint but all the chrome and plastics were in a better condition I thought possible. These guys are professionals and had fantastic costumer service that I appreciated. Go check them out.”
