“Kids that are upcoming athletes can really benefit from the workouts with Eric. He's patient with them but straight to the point. Knowledgeable on the stretches and workouts. If I had to say one thing I'd say the classes could be smaller and more one on one. My son is only 11 yrs old but will benefit greatly stronger physically and mentally from the classes. I think it's a really good place and class. Great job”
“They have lots of equipment, a great membership price, and in a very convenient location! Not super busy either, which is great in my opinion. There are times when it picks up, but there's enough equipment where you won't be waiting.”

“I have been using the location for nearly five years and it is the best gym on the Eastern Shore. The equipment is well-maintained, the facility is clean, and the staff are great! It is never crowded and the recent expansion has added space and new equipment. Love Anytime Fitness in Spanish Fort!”
