“People tend to only leave reviews of service companies like this when something goes wrong, so you never see the thousands of times they do good work. I'm leaving this review in an attempt to balance that out a little. We had a go-kart delivered (purchased off Amazon) and they gave me a 10-minute call ahead which I didn't answer (was driving) so they followed up with a text. It was exactly ten minutes prior, so I was able to alert my wife and have the garage door open (delivered during a downpour). Smooth, professional, fast delivery. The exact-time text-ahead was very nice, and having used many delivery companies for business purposes I can say they almost never actually give the call-ahead much less a text. Please keep up the excellent service.”
