“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this vet office and Dr. Kao. They weren’t our vet office but will be now!!! One of my large dogs put her foot through a window while UPS was delivering a package. She had a large piece of glass lodged in her foot and was bleeding profusely. My husband and I were at work. My two teenagers rushed the dog to Wesson because it’s close to home. The vet technician met my children outside and immediately carried the dog back to be seen by Dr. Kao. The office ladies helped my children get cleaned up (they were covered in blood) and helped calm them during such a traumatic experience. The office kept my children calm until I could get there. They stayed in touch with my husband the entire time, through emergency surgery and an overnight stay. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more compassionate and professional vet clinic. They saved my dog’s life and helped my children in a very traumatic emergency that happened at the end of their business day. I will forever be grateful for them opening their door and proving such exceptional care to my dog and my children. They could have easily said “we’re closing go to MedVet”, but they didn’t. There are still good people and businesses in this world and Wesson Animal Clinic is one of them.”

“My first-time here as we just moved to Mobile.Staff was super nice and the vet very knowledgeable. I do wish we could download first time paperwork so that it can be filled out ahead of time.My dog is wiggly and isn't comfortable around other dogs,so was difficult to do that with her.Otherwise it was a great routine visit.”

“I wish I could give Tillman’s Corner Veterinary Hospital and Dr Justin Mims a million Stars. He went above and beyond for our 14 year old kitty, Leroy. We were treated with such compassion, and I’ll never ever forget his and his staff’s kindness. Thank you, Dr Justin for everything you did to make my boy as comfortable as possible during his last days. I highly recommend Tillman’s Corner Veterinary Hospital. You won’t find a better vet for your baby.”

“I had to make the decision that I did not want to make for my fur baby. He was so ill and I knew he was not going to make it through the weekend. Not only did the Animal Hospital let me make an appointment the same day I called, they were so sweet and kind and really showed empathy for my situation. It hurt so much to say goodbye and they let me take my time and even comforted me afterwards. I especially appreciated the fact that they had weekend hours, because I was able to get the attention my fur baby needed and they took care to make sure his transition was a peaceful one with the dignity and love he deserved. My fur baby is in no more pain, and the staff at Animal Hospital of Mobile did everything they could to create the environment he needed. Thank you all so much.🤍🕊”

“Having to make the decision to put down a beloved pet is one of the hardest things anyone can go through, and the compassion shown by West Mobile Veterinary Clinic during that time meant more to me than I can properly express. My cat had cancer and was suffering, and unexpectedly having to make that decision for my baby boy Tate was devastating. The fact that I can still leave a five-star review after such a painful experience truly says a lot about the care they provide. Every single staff member was informative, understanding, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They treated both me and my cat with genuine empathy and reassured me that I was making the right decision for him and his quality of life. What touched me even more was that they went out of their way afterward to send a condolence card, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture during a difficult time. I’ve been to several vets around Mobile over the years, and this is the first clinic that truly felt attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely caring toward animals. You can tell they truly care about both pets and the people who love them. I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed us.”

“My 15 year old Sophie was in distress when I called minutes before Ark Animal Clinic's normal business hours ended on Saturday. Dr Wilder willingly stayed to see Sophie. Lab work was immediately run and pancreatitis was the diagnosis. Dr Wilder took swift action with IV fluids and antibiotics which was life saving for my girl. Sophie was monitored at the clinic on Saturday and Sunday to make sure she was stable and by Monday lab work showed Sophie was back to normal. Bottomline, Dr Wilder saved my Sophie's life. She was there for me and Sophie after hours and even checked on Sophie during the weekend. I'm impressed with Dr Wilder's dedication to her clients, medical expertise but most of all the care given by her and the staff. Thank you, Dr Wilder....you are awesome!”

“Both docs came to our home this morning to perform a euthenasia on our 14YO dog that had taken a sharp turn for the worse over the weekend. They came on relatively short notice. They were both very pleasant and considerate - especially given the circumstances. We appreciated the fact that we did not have to drag our dog who was already suffering out to a standard clinic. We would definitely recommend them for home services for others.”

“There are not enough stars to give Dr. Murphy and her staff! They absolutely saved my 15 y/o Shihtzu who another vet would have euthanized! I know they day will come when I have to say good bye but my gut was telling me not at this time! I will be forever grateful to have taken her to the Animal Care Center for a second opinion. Everyone is so caring and supportive from the moment you walk in the door. It's not often you find this degree of caring and professionalism but they all will be angels in my eyes!”

“The office went above and beyond, we found a dog that wondered up to our house as we were leaving for vacation. She was sweet as can be, without a collar, we tried searching for the owner knocking on neighbors doors that were home near us with no luck. So we took her to Bit & Spur to see if she was microchipped and met with no luck again of it being registered. It’s torrential down pouring, there was no way I was going to leave this sweet dog outside, and we were trying to get out of town- so one of the ladies said she would keep her to find her owners. And then called me a few hours later saying she was reunited with her owners. This is going far above and beyond and shows that they truly care about the animals. Thank you bit and spur for being kind humans to special pets.”

Dr Beth goes above and beyond to answer all your questions and values your perspective as an owner/breeder. “We don’t live in Mobile, but were traveling through and stayed a night. Our 6 week old kitten was with us, and started to feel sick while we were in town. We’d gone to Banfield and were quickly turned away without much acknowledgement or help. Small animal clinic was nearby, so we walked in to try to have our cat seen - not only did they immediately prep a room and work us in, they were kind, informative, and had all the medications we needed in-house. Dr Owen and the team there during our visit were all amazing and we are just so incredibly appreciative. 10/10 - they took care of our little guy and gave us everything we needed to get him back to 100%. Also - we were shocked by how reasonable the prices were!”

“Dr. Caroline is an exceptional woman and veterinary Doc that clearly (even at 4am) can work wonders in emergency situations, diagnose/treat unusual symptoms and resolve odd problems/symptoms without going through a multitude of expensive tests. She is always there it seems, readily alert, kind and never rushing through leaving complexity and confusion. She cared for our beloved dog of 13 years in his final days and helped us find peace because of the confidence and trust she had earned. There aren't enough stars to rate Dr. Caroline!”

“Dr. Long is the only vet I fully trust with my animals. My elderly cat had a tumor on her neck in a very dangerous spot for surgery. I was a wreck and scared I would lose her. He assured me he would do everything in his power to help her. She came out of surgery and made a stellar recovery. You would never have known she had surgery because the stitches were perfect. Fur grew back perfect. Over a year later and she is doing amazingly. I 100% trust Dr. Long”
