“First time using them, and the staff was quite friendly, welcoming, and made it clear that they cared about my sweet kitties. My precious 8 month old male kitty, Tiny, suddenly passed away 10 days after being neutered, and I was heartbroken and a mess. When I called to ask if they'd any clue as to why, Dr. Barr immediately got on the phone. He was shocked and told me how sorry he was. He asked questions and also listened to me as I cried. He offered to have my sweet boy sent to Auburn, but I just couldn't do that. We buried him next to our 16 year-old cat, Oscar. They are quite pricey, but worth it.”

“We are new to Alabama and my boy, Reese, jumped off my bed and tweaked his leg, so I brought him in to get checked and get a vaccination. He was scared at first, but by the time we were leaving, he tried to follow the vet back to the back instead of coming with me! They are very friendly and knowledgeable and helped put my mind at ease. Reese isn't limping anymore, and we will be back in a few days for a follow-up and another shot since he needs to stagger his shots due to a slight allergy he has to one of them. I'm so happy that I found a good place to bring my boy.”

“We have taken 1 of our dogs, for extreme allergies, and 1 of our cats to be fixed and get his shots. The only things I am upset about is that we hadn’t found these doctors earlier! These are some of the most caring, compassionate, patient, wonderful people my wife and I have ever come across in the medical field! And to top it off, they have some of the best, most fair prices of any vet we’ve been to. They take their time with you, and really seem to care about the animals. “I made my male guinea pig a visit here to check on an eye issue and the vet was so nice and knew exactly what was going on with my baby. They also helped me set up an appointment to get him fixed and he had an awesome experience with the surgery and the aftercare. They even called after I brought him home from his surgery to check on him. They made sure he had pain medication. I felt very comfortable leaving him in their care while he underwent surgery by how loving all of the staff was during each visit. I’ll be back for any future needs and recommend them for your Guinea pig babies needs!!”

“We were in Mobile enjoying a break from the frigid temperatures of our home state, Michigan. We travel with our senior (thirteen year old) dog, Molson. When entering our truck, Molson slipped and ripped his declaw exposing the quick. We called the Small Animal Clinic, and they were able to see us that morning. The veterinarian promptly took Molson back for treatment. Within twenty minutes his exposed quick had been treated - and he was in much less pain. An hour later - allowing time for the bleeding to stop so the wound could be cleaned and wrapped - we were on our way! We can't say enough about how pleased we were with everything and everyone there! Compassionate, considerate, and very fairly priced!”

The staff made sure we had TIME to spend with LaLa before we said our final goodbyes! “Dr. Long is the only vet I fully trust with my animals. My elderly cat had a tumor on her neck in a very dangerous spot for surgery. I was a wreck and scared I would lose her. He assured me he would do everything in his power to help her. She came out of surgery and made a stellar recovery. You would never have known she had surgery because the stitches were perfect. Fur grew back perfect. Over a year later and she is doing amazingly. I 100% trust Dr. Long”

“Dr. Duke is one is one of the most caring veterinarians in Mobile. He is the only vet I use. He will treat emergencies at no charge if the circumstances warrant. He will come into the clinic, even if it's inconvenient for him, to feed and/or medicate patients every couple of hours. He euthenized our beloved dog, Ruger, and was extremely compassionate. He even let our daughter make her own clay paw. He takes emergencies on Sundays, and stays long hours after closing to tend to patients. He has been in practice for many years and has a wealth of knowledge. If you want a caring, knowledgeable veterinarian, I would highly recommend Dr. Duke.”

“Dr. Grech and Dr. Bentley were soooo nice and caring. Very clean and smelled nice in the office. So my dog has a hematoma on his ear and the doctor explained how we needed to treat it. They actually saved me money and looking into other options instead of just jumping into doing surgery right away like another veterinarian wanted to do. I LOVED these two doctors and they will be my veterinarians for all my animals now. Thanks you two for your help and making me feel at ease.”

I have a dog who is behaviorally unnavigable and unacceptable at times-still an angel in my eyes who I love and understand and am happy to have in my home. We had to come in today for an ear infection and my dog, like always-showed out. My other dog came with us and he was happy with his visit too. The staff is friendly and still accommodating to me despite my babies mood swings. I appreciate their help and patience when I need them. Thank you. I won’t go anywhere else unless they are closed.”
